Failed generations

If a generation fails outright (an error, not an aesthetic miss), the credit is returned to your balance automatically — no action needed.

Results you don't like

AI results vary. Every completed generation includes one free retry — use the "Retry free" button on the result. After that, further attempts use credits normally.

Credit pack purchases

Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase — email support@streetworks.com from your account email. Credits already spent are not refundable, except where required by law.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge — we resolve almost everything faster than a dispute does. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks are suspended.
