Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026 — DRAFT pending legal review

1. The service

StreetWorks ("we") generates AI-modified images of vehicles from photos you upload. You must be at least 13 and able to enter this agreement. We may update these terms; continued use after changes is acceptance.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of photos you upload and images you generate. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and display them to you, and — only if you explicitly submit an image to the public gallery and we approve it — to display that image publicly. You represent that you have the right to upload every photo you submit, and that uploads do not include identifiable people.

3. Generated images

Generated images are produced by third-party AI models (including Google Gemini) and may contain an invisible provenance signal (SynthID) identifying them as AI-generated. Results are previews of hypothetical modifications, not engineering guidance; real-world parts may fit, look, or behave differently.

4. Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and redeemable only within the service. One credit runs one generation; the full-resolution download of that generation is included. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe. See the Refund Policy for failures and retries.

5. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. In short: your own car photos or photos you have rights to, no people, nothing unlawful or deceptive, no attempts to break the watermarking or abuse the free tier.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; unspent credits on accounts terminated for abuse are forfeited, otherwise we will refund unspent credit purchases on request.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
